The GreenSquareAccord story is about building better lives. GreenSquareAccord is committed to building more homes and providing more care and support to more people, whilst still delivering the locally-focused services to the people who need them most.

Everything we do comes back to people - whether that`s providing a good quality, safe home, helping someone to live an independent life, addressing social injustice and equality and everything else in between.

Our vision for GreenSquareAccord is to be an organisation where people can enjoy happiness, health and prosperity.

About the role

GreensquareAccord have been commissioned as a partner to provide needs led support to women;

Women become involved in the Criminal Justice System for a complex range of reasons. We will work closely with local community organisations to encourage people to access existing resources as well as working to build new opportunities. We will support people to build upon their strengths and work through any barriers that are preventing them from progressing and achieving their potential.

New Chance - The service will provide early intervention to divert women from entering the criminal justice system. It is hoped that this approach will prevent the individual from re-offending or getting a police record.
