About the role
- A member of the GreenSquareAccord Direct Heating & Electrical Team
- We are seeking a self- motivated Compliance Co-Ordinator with excellent attention to detail who is extremely organised and able to effectively prioritise tasks
- This is a varied role in which the post holder will support within the compliance team for all certification relevant to Gas, Oil, Renewables, PAT, EICR certification, Ventilation and all types of detectors
- Supporting the wider management team with Health and Safety certification along with operative training programmes
Please note that if you are successful in this role, we will require a DBS check to be completed. Further details will be sent following offer.
About you
- Working knowledge of the heating and electrical industry and all relevant compliance documentation relevant to gas / oil / renewable work ETC
- High level of communication skills both written and verbal
- Working independently
- Good planning and organisation skills showing attention to detail
- Previous experience of work within social housing.
- Working knowledge of the Gas Safety (Installation & Use) Regulations - specific to Regulation 26 (9) & 36
