About the role

  • A member of the GreenSquareAccord Direct Heating & Electrical Team
  • We are seeking a self- motivated Compliance Co-Ordinator with excellent attention to detail who is extremely organised and able to effectively prioritise tasks
  • This is a varied role in which the post holder will support within the compliance team for all certification relevant to Gas, Oil, Renewables, PAT, EICR certification, Ventilation and all types of detectors
  • Supporting the wider management team with Health and Safety certification along with operative training programmes

Please note that if you are successful in this role, we will require a DBS check to be completed. Further details will be sent following offer.

About you

  • Working knowledge of the heating and electrical industry and all relevant compliance documentation relevant to gas / oil / renewable work ETC
  • High level of communication skills both written and verbal
  • Working independently
  • Good planning and organisation skills showing attention to detail
  • Previous experience of work within social housing.
  • Working knowledge of the Gas Safety (Installation & Use) Regulations - specific to Regulation 26 (9) & 36
