Job Title: Head of Strategic Asset Solutions

Head Office Location: Brindley Place, Birmingham

Job Location: B1 2JB - Some hybrid working and travel to group GSA offices as appropriate.

Salary - £73,370 per annum

Contract type - 2 Years - Fixed term

Working hours - Full time - 37hours

About the role

The purpose of this role is to devise and deliver solutions for complex and/or large scale property assets within GreenSquareAccord`s portfolio to ensure they meet the needs of the business. These may be mixed tenure and with management agreements and lease arrangements in place.

This role will identify, create strategies for, and action solutions, to optimise GreenSquareAccord`s property assets in line with the business plan. You will identify assets which in their current state do not meet the needs of the Group and its customers for financial, quality, compliance or other reasons, and the route to optimisation of the asset via ongoing management or disposal is complex. Leading on any lease or agreement review and negotiations.

About you

You will be able to demonstrate a working knowledge and experience of undertaking asset portfolio reviews, modelling of property performance and identifying strategies for management. You will understand and be able to review complex lease and management arrangements and be confident in identifying commercial approaches and negotiations with key partners and agencies.

You will excellent communication skills and have a good working knowledge of the domestic housing market and the operations and regulation of registered housing providers and a good understanding of property law and financial analysis.
