Contract type - Fixed term until March 31st 2025 - with the potential to extend

About the role

To support the Strategic Asset Management Team to deliver the programme of stock condition surveys by providing high quality related administration and support.

The role will be cross functional and can involve regular reprioritisation of work and resources to meet targets by working with internal and external customers.

It will support surveying staff to manage appointments and will support the wider team with the preparation of KPI`s, data validation and data entry.

Please note that if you are successful in this role, we will require a DBS check to be completed. Further details will be sent following offer.

About you

You will be an experienced administrator demonstrably capable of using the Microsoft Office suite to deal with customer queries and managing colleague`s diaries.

With a positive can-do attitude, you will be organised, methodical and accurate and be able to prioritise work to meet deadlines with string administrative and telephone experience in a customer service role.

You will have experience of entering and managing a variety of data accurately and have a good attention to detail.

Previous experience of working with asset management databases is an advantage.
